Expertise and experience across a wide portfolio of private and public sector clients
Our management team and consultants offer expertise and experience across a wide portfolio of private and public sector clients. Azimuth’s team has been advising, designing and delivering learning and development solutions to multiple sectors for well over 10 years, including government organisations and military, non-governmental organisations and a broad range of industries including banking, insurance, professional sports teams, construction and services.
Our approach is simple, and aims to fully understand your exact requirements, needs and unpinning culture, ethos and values. Once we understand these as well as you do, we set about designing targeted training whilst reflecting the culture of the organisation. The effect is training that is truly bespoke to the client’s organisation and observable behavioural change in the workplace.
We handpick our consultants with two things in mind; real-life industry experience and genuine training brilliance. Our consultants have direct experience of the challenges facing your business whilst complementing this with a genuine understanding of the intricacies of adult learning.
