As part of an open tender process to deliver a bespoke one-off training course, Azimuth were selected to deliver a session that would help to improve client relationships and increase commercial impact within a limited time. As a result of this session and its success, Azimuth were invited back to deliver the training to more teams.

Four years later, Azimuth is involved across the business, delivering bespoke initiatives that place Aon ahead of their competitors as well as being principal training provider for their early years career development team. We deliver business skills training for their annual graduate induction programme and apprentice training programme, helping their new starters to be as effective as possible as quickly as possible when they join the business.
